ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Co-founded Liquid Design in 2000. Portfolio includes public and private-sector work ranging from interior design and space planning, to building design and project management.
Pursues unusual and challenging projects, including Charlotte's first modern/minimalist multifamily development.
Lead architect and master planner for the $32 million U.S. National Whitewater Center, a 312-acre recreation and training complex with 12-million-gallon man-made rapids and a 20,000-sf mixed-use facility.

RECENT PROJECTS
Celadon Townhomes (24-unit) on the Green, Charlotte, N.C.  Charlotte Rescue Mission long-term master plan.

OFF THE CLOCK
Enjoys kayaking and mountain biking.
Campfires with family and friends include Olympian kayaker Scott Shipley, who regales the group with stories of near-death experiences.
Favorite read: The Pillars of the Earth , by Ken Follett.
